Join me on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for barre class or Wednesdays at 10 a.m. for yoga flow class at the beautiful Club Arbol Yoga Studio in Tierra Pacifica.

Barre with Tiffany

55 Minutes. An empowering, fiery workout that moves to the beat of the music and combines the best of yoga, HiiT and Pilates. This class uses equipment like hand weights, sliders, bands and Pilates balls to target the entire body. Barre with Tiffany is accessible to any level of fitness. Tuesdays at 10 a.m. at Club Arbol in Tierra Pacifica in Junquillal, Costa Rica.

Yoga Flow with Tiffany

60 Minutes. A powerful, strong moving flow that combines balance, flexibility and breath. Flowing through movements to get out of the mind and into the body, we’ll flow through poses of effort and ease as we explore breath in the body. Vinyasa flow is accessible to any level of yogis. Wednesdays at 10 a.m. at Club Arbol in Tierra Pacifica in Junquillal, Costa Rica.

Club Arbol at Tierra Pacifica

Classes are in the yoga studio in Club Arbol in the community Tierra Pacifica in Junquillal Costa Rica. You'll have access to the yoga studio overlooking the 3-tiered pool along with restrooms and showers.

Directions

Classes are in the yoga studio in Club Arbol in the community Tierra Pacifica in Junquillal Costa Rica. You will pass through the gate and the guards can direct you if you need further assistance finding the studio.
